Challenging rafting and spectacular canyon
The North Fork of the American is a special experience. The rapids are steep, the water is clear, and the canyon is downright beautiful. There are no upstream dams on the North Fork of the American, so water depends on recent rain and snowmelt. That makes the North Fork season last from March to June.
